Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a Senior Graphics Designer to assist the government with the following task:

Primary responsibilities:

ALL candidates are REQUIRED to Currently Possess an ACTIVE TS/SCI w/CI polygraph for consideration of this position.
Leads support to the government agency to develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products.
Mentors and trains junior staff.
Utilizes request management tools such as NarQuest to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requests.
Coordinates with UI/UX designer, Knowledge Management, to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user friendly experience.
Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.
Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online.
Ensures products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances.
Conducts technical quality checks.
Manages an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles.
Provides Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps.

Education and Experience:

BS with 18 years of experience in web designs, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, editing, etc. working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
MS with 10 years of experience in web designs, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, editing, and relevant work experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
